Girls side Phoenix on fire tattoo

Katness Everdeen may be known as “the girl on fire,” but this girl could definitely give Katniss a run for her money. Extending down her entire left side, she has a beautiful phoenix tattoo inked in red, orange, yellow and purple. The phoenix tattoo is very large and is rather striking because it doesn’t use any black ink, not even for the tattoo outline. Despite the lack of a clear outline, the side tattoo really stands out against her skin and the detail used in the phoenix itself is sort of blurred and muted so the bird almost looks like it is about to burst into flames. The phoenix’s tail feathers reach around to the girl’s stomach, and the two large wings extend up near her chest and onto her back.
