Creating a pattern with stems and vines is a neat way to fill up a sleeve. The five blooming lilies are placed in various areas on this girl’s upper arm. the vines are intertwining behind the flowers in diamond patterns from her elbow to her shoulder.
Drawing little bunches of leaves helps to fill in some of the empty space between the flowers and also adds more color. She used orange shading with black detail for the lilies and light and dark green for the rest. You could add a red ladybug or a yellow bee for extra color too.
